Ingredients:
-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tsp
-Cream 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 pinch
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tsp
-Water 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 pinch
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
-Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
-Tortilla 8 inches
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne 1
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) deseeded & julienne 1 small
-Corn kernels boiled 2-3 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 3-4
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 pinch
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 pinch
Directions:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,cream,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,fresh coriander,water,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg,black pepper powder,pink salt & whisk well.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add whisked egg & cook on low flame for 30 seconds,place tortilla over the egg & cook for 30 seconds & set aside.
-In same frying pan,add onion,tomato,capsicum,corns kernels,mushrooms,pink salt,black pepper powder & sauté on high flame for a minute & set aside.
-On tortilla with egg,add sautéed veggies,prepared sauce,red chilli crushed,fold,roll & warp in butter paper.

-Bowl mein mayonnaise,mustard paste,cream,lehsan powder,pink salt,kali mirch powder,hara dhania aur pani dal kar achi tarah mix karein & side par rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein anda,kali mirch powder aur pink salt dal ker ache sa whisk karein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal kar melt hone dein.
-Phir whisked egg dal kar low flame par 30 seconds tak cook karein phir uske upar tortilla rakh kar 30 seconds aur cook karein & side par rakh dein.
-Same pan mein pyaz,tamatar,shimal mirch,corn kernels,mushrooms,pink salt aur kali mirch powder dal ker tez ancch per ek minute kliya sauté karein & side per rakh dein.
-Tortilla with egg ke upar sautéed veggies,tayyar sauce aur lal mirch crushed dal ker foldr & roll karein aur butter paper mein wrap karein.
