Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken:
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Italian seasoning 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Garlic powder 1 tsp
-Cornflour 2 tsp
-Lemon Juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Chicken fillet 350g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Prepare Creamy Garlic Fettuccine Pasta:
-Olper’s cream 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Makhan (Butter) 50g
-Cooking Oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Italian seasoning ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken cube 1
-Cheddar cheese shredded 80g
-Fettuccine pasta 250g (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Fresh parsley Chopped handful
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Lehsan (Garlic) fried

 

Direction:

Prepare Chicken:

-In a bowl, add paprika powder, italian seasoning, pink salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, cornflour, lemon juice, cooking oil & mix well.

-Apply marinade on chicken fillet, cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.

-In a pan, add cooking oil & heat it.

-Add marinated chicken fillet, cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes on each side.

-Take out & cut into slices. Set aside.

Prepare Creamy Garlic Fettuccine Pasta:
-In a Jug, add cream & milk. Whisk well & set aside.

-In a wok, add butter and cooking oil, then heat it.

-Add garlic, mix well & cook on medium flame until fragrant (1-2 minutes).

-Add onion, mix well & cook on medium flame until onions are translucent (for 3-4 minutes).

-Add red chilli, Italian seasoning, crushed black pepper, pink salt, fresh parsley, chicken cube, mix well.

-Cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Add cheddar cheese, boiled fettuccine pasta, and fresh parsley. Fold gently & cook on medium flame for a minute.

Assembling:

-In a serving platter, add creamy garlic fettuccine pasta, add prepared chicken, fresh parsley, pour creamy garlic sauce, & fried garlic. Serve!
