Ingredients:
Prepare Lemon Curd:
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Lemon juice ½ Cup
-Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Yellow food color few drops (Optional)
-Dairy whipping cream 600ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Condensed milk ¾ Cup
-Lemon zest 1 tbs or as required
Direction:
Prepare Lemon Curd:
-In a saucepan, add sugar, lemon juice, cornflour, pink salt, yellow food color, & whisk well.
- Turn on the flame.
-Cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring until it thickens.
-Lemon curd is ready! Let it cool completely.
-In a bowl, add dairy whipping cream and vanilla essence, beat well for 5-6 minutes or until soft peaks form.
-Add condensed milk, half quantity prepared lemon curd, lemon zest, & fold well. (Add few tablespoons of milk & fold well, if the ice cream mixture is airy)
-Transfer it to a flat bowl, flatten it & tap a few times.
-Pipe out some prepared lemon curd & make a design with the help of a wooden skewer, add lemon zest, cover with cling wrap.
-Freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen.
-Take it out of the freezer, scoop out lemon ice cream & add in a serving cup, garnish with prepared lemon curd & lemon leaves!

-Ek saucepan mein cheeni, lemon juice, cornflour, pink salt aur yellow food colour dalein.
-Achi tarah whisk kar len.
-Flame on karen.
-Medium flame par 4-5 minutes continuously mix karte hue pakaen jab tak gaadha ho jaye.
-Lemon curd ready hai, mukammal thanda hone den.
-Ek bowl mein dairy whipping cream aur vanilla essence dalein.
-5-6 minutes ya soft peaks banne tak beat karen.
-Condensed milk, prepared lemon curd ka aadha hissa aur lemon zest dalein.
-Halkay haath se fold kar len.
-Agar ice cream mixture zyada airy ho to 2-3 tbs doodh dal kar fold kar len.
-Prepared mixture ko flat bowl mein transfer karen.
-Level karen aur bowl ko halki tap de den.
-Prepared lemon curd pipe karen aur wooden skewer ki madad se design bana len.
-Lemon zest dalein aur cling wrap se cover kar den.
-Freezer mein 6-8 ghante ya freeze hone tak rakh den.
-Freezer se nikaal kar lemon ice cream ke scoops serving cup mein dalein.
-Prepared lemon curd aur lemon leaves se garnish karen.
