Ingredients:

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) ½ - 1tbs
-Amchoor powder (Dried mango powder) ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 Cup
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a grinder,add garlic,mint leaves,fresh coriander,cumin seeds,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,pink salt,turmeric powder & grind well.Garlic chutney stuffing is ready!
-In a chopper,add chicken,onion,coriander powder,pink salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,gram flour,dried mango powder,baking soda,ginger garlic paste,chop well & freeze for 30 minutes.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take 40g of mixture,make a ball & spread on your palm,add prepared garlic chutney (½ tsp),fold to a make a ball (makes 10-12).
-In a hand blender,add yogurt,fried onion,coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,pink salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,chicken powder,garam masala powder,blend well & set aside.
-In a cooking pot,add cooking oil,ginger garlic paste & mix well.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add prepared koftay,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes & stir gently in between.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with naan!

Directions:
-Grinder mein garlic, podina, hara dhania, zeera, kashmiri lal mirch powder, dhania powder, pink namak, haldi aur grind kar lein. Garlic chutney tayyar hai!
-In a chopper, add chicken, pyaz, dhania powder, pink namak, zeera powder, lal mirch powder, kali mirch powder, besan, amchoor powder, baking soda, adrak lehsan paste aur chop kar lein. Phir mixture ko 30 minutes ke liye freeze kar lein.
-Hathon ko oil se grease karein, 40g mixture le kar ball bana lein, palm par spread karein aur beech mein garlic chutney (½ tsp) rakhein. Phir fold karke ball shape mein bana lein (8-10 balls ban jayengi).
-Hand blender mein yogurt, fried pyaz, dhania powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, pink namak, haldi, lal mirch powder, zeera powder, chicken powder, garam masala powder add karke blend kar lein aur side par rakh dein.
-Cooking pot mein oil aur adrak lehsan paste add karein, mix karein.
-Blended paste add karein, mix karein aur medium flame par cook karein jab tak oil separate ho jaye.
-Pani add karein aur mix karein.
-Prepared koftay add karein, cover karke low flame par 4-5 minutes cook karein aur beech mein gently stir karein.
-Dobara pani add karein, mix karein aur boil aane dein. Medium flame par 4-5 minutes aur high flame par 2-3 minutes tak cook karein.
-Fresh dhania se garnish karein aur naan ke sath serve karein!
